Abstract
This book addresses all aspects of endoscopy from scope and tower basics to the more advanced interventional procedures like endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, per-oral esophageal myotomy, and percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy. It covers a broad range of topics in order to remain relevant to the surgical subspecialist, the community general surgeon, the surgical fellow interested in endolumenal and transluminal procedures, and the surgical resident interested in the very basics of endoscopy. The table of contents is intentionally designed to mirror the Flexible Endoscopy curriculum currently being implemented for all minimally invasive, advanced GI and surgical endoscopy fellowships. The chapters are broken up into five parts. The first part introduces the SAGES Masters Program, followed by parts that cover flexible endoscopy basics, flexible endoscopy procedures, and finally bariatric flexible endoscopy. Written by experts and thought leaders in their fields, The SAGES Manual of Flexible Endoscopy serves as a valuable resource for surgeons of all training and skill levels to better grasp an overview of modern endoscopy practice.

Abstract
This book utilizes case studies to illustrate a variety of percutaneous strategies to treat important cardiac pathology that would previously have mandated cardiac surgery. A desire to minimize the invasiveness of interventions and reduce patient exposure to risk have been the main drivers in developing catheter-based techniques in preference to established surgical methods. Cases in Structural Cardiac Interventions discusses how procedures will continue to increase in popularity as operator expertise grows and technology advances. It provides a useful resource for imaging and interventional cardiologists to work together in developing an inter-disciplinary team skill set that can be adapted towards specific percutaneous intervention in order to ensure optimal patient outcome. .

Abstract
This book is designed to provide the practicing interventionist with a comprehensive list of procedural reports that covers the vast majority of the currently performed interventional procedures outside the cardiac system. It offers up-to-date explanatory notes, synopsis of the indications, contraindications and potential complications in an organized and practical format that follows the various body systems and progresses from the simple image guided FNA to the most complex procedures and incorporates the current societal guidelines. The book is divided for ease of reference into three main parts: Non vascular, Vascular and Neurovascular interventions. This information is not currently available in any single publication. The text provides residents, fellows as well as staff members with a quick, detailed and user-friendly resource for documentation of image-guided interventional procedures that will facilitate their tasks, improve the standard of documentation and reduce errors. The text can serve as a valuable tool for a quick review prior to a procedure or in preparation for an oral board certifying examination. The entries are vetted by recognized experts in the field of image-guided intervention. Procedural Dictations in Image-Guided Intervention: Non-Vascular, Vascular & Neuro Interventions covers the vast majority of the currently practiced image-guided interventions in the various body systems. This information is supported by up-to-date references and international guidelines. This book is a must-have for residents and fellows undergoing training and all specialists in image-guided intervention.

Abstract
Covering the history of breast cancer, theory of radiofrequency ablation (RFA), resection of carcinoma, imaging before and after non-surgical ablation therapy and quality of life, this book focuses on extensive breast-conserving treatment for the preservation of a cosmetically acceptable breast. It investigates the feasibility of percutaneous, minimally invasive techniques to ablate breast tumors and several modalities such as cryosurgery, laser ablation, thermoablation and high-intensity focused ultrasound. Non-surgical Ablation Therapy for Early-stage Breast Cancer centers on RFA and provides insights into cryoablation and focused ultrasound surgery. RFA has been shown to be effective for treating tumors in many types of tissue, including liver, bone, brain, kidney, pancreas and prostate. As such this book is a valuable resource for breast and general surgeons, radiation oncologists and medical oncologists in all areas. The extensive discussions enable scholars to gain radiological expertise and a basic understanding of molecular biology, leading to better surgery without scalpels.
