The Nova Scotia Green Sleeve is a central place to keep important documents to help share your health care plans, goals and care wishes with health care providers. Anyone with a life-limiting illness should have a Green Sleeve. This pamphlet outlines what should be kept in your Green Sleeve and what you should do with it. Resources for further information are also listed.
