Abstract
This text is designed to present a practical and concise handbook on the diagnosis and management of breast diseases for quick reference by trainees and practitioners. It emphasizes the approach to diagnosis and management of breast tumors written from the perspectives of each member of the multidisciplinary management team (pathologist, radiologist, medical oncologist, surgical oncologist and radiation oncologist). The text is divided into two sections. The first section is written by each subspecialty with focus on the overview and management of breast tumors, current controversies and position statement, and emphasis on cost effectiveness and quality assurance. The radiology overview addresses questions such as when to perform breast imaging, the difference between screening and diagnostic mammograms, when to perform Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and ultrasound, the meaning of radiological descriptors, and lastly the cost effectiveness and quality assurance of radiologic assessment of breast tumors. The pathology overview addresses approaches to evaluation of breast biopsies and excision for calcifications, densities, distortion, asymmetry and masses, pitfalls to histologic interpretations, the utility of immunohistochemical stains when immunohistochemical stains are not helpful, quality assurance and cost effectiveness, and current controversies and position statements. Surgical, medical and radiation oncology overviews address when to treat and when to refrain, current treatment options or modalities and the factors informing choice, utility of genomics or molecular diagnostics in management, cost effectiveness and quality assurance, and controversies and position statements. The second section discusses common breast tumors (from the perspectives of each member of the management team) using the practical approach highlighted in the first section. The entities discussed include but are not limited to fibroepithelial tumors, papillary lesions, spindle cell lesions, in-situ and invasive carcinomas (including subtypes), vascular lesions, lymphoproliferative disorders and metastasis to breast. The uniqueness of this book is the focus on the integrated subspecialty approaches with perspectives from each subspecialty and emphasis on how each member of the multidisciplinary team can contribute to the optimal care of the breast cancer patient. The text aims to bridge the gap of the "what next" question and foster a comprehensive, team approach for trainees and practicing physicians by providing information about specific entities from diagnosis to treatment. The uniformity of the format of each chapter allows for quick reference. Generous illustrations and tables in the text enhance appreciation of the entities being discussed.

Abstract
This book, written by acknowledged experts with international reputations, provides clinicians with detailed guidelines on the nature of the ideal anterior dental implant and, more importantly, how the desired aesthetic outcome is to be achieved. It reflects the incredible paradigm shift that has taken place within implant dentistry during the past 5 years, with recognition of the importance of a "crown down" approach to diagnosis, planning, and treatment, especially in the anterior zone. In order to ensure reproducibility and predictability of treatment outcomes, the fabrication of an aesthetic dental implant must follow a complex algorithm, which is reviewed in a stepwise approach. Sections are devoted to evaluation of the aesthetic implant patient, immediate implant placement, staged implant placement, and restoration. Readers will come to appreciate how the final emergence profile of the definitive restoration reflects the complex interplay of components below the visible smile zone. Helpful flow charts are included that will assist in optimal performance of the described procedures.

Abstract
This atlas of anatomy and operative techniques provides a thorough outline of the procedures commonly used in laparoscopic and thoracoscopic pediatric surgery. Step-by-step operative photographs are accompanied by explanatory text, and line diagrams are used to highlight the important anatomy as seen endoscopically. Alternative techniques, instruments, and steps are described when appropriate, and attention is drawn to highlights and pitfalls. While each chapter includes some basic background on the condition in question, the focus is very much on the operative procedures. Color Atlas of Pediatric Anatomy, Laparoscopy, and Thoracoscopy is ideal for those establishing a laparoscopic practice as well as for those in training who wish to embark on minimally invasive surgery. It also serves as a supplementary atlas of anatomy and surgical technique for younger surgeons and medical students.

Abstract
This book presents, in a stepwise and interactive fashion, approximately 75 clinical-pathological entities that reflect the wide spectrum of pathology encountered in the sellar and parasellar region and have been gathered over a period of decades by the authors. Multiple examples of high-quality radiologic and histopathologic images depicting the differentiating features of the varying lesions are presented, and key operative and clinical management pearls are briefly reviewed in a concise, bullet point format. The interdisciplinary nature of this easy-to-use color atlas and textbook reflects the fact that the management of patients with sellar and parasellar lesions is itself often interdisciplinary, making this atlas a useful resource for any practitioner or trainee who cares for patients with pituitary disease and anterior skull base pathology. The format is unique in that no similar interdisciplinary book is dedicated specifically to the comprehensive catalogue of lesions in this intricate region of the brain and skull base. Atlas of Sellar and Parasellar Lesions: Clinical, Imaging, and Pathologic Correlations is of great value for practitioners and trainees in a range of medical specialties, including radiology, neurology, endocriniology, pathology, oncology, radiation oncology, and neurosurgery.

Abstract
This book addresses the most technically demanding cardiac surgical techniques, many of which are often performed on small infants. Conotruncal heart defects are a group of congenital anomalies of the cardiovascular system that are a leading cause of symptomatic cyanotic cardiac disease diagnosed in utero. Surgery of Conotruncal Anomalies provides a wealth of practical information and has been written by a collection of world renowned experts. They discuss the most challenging but life-changing surgeries which, if performed perfectly, allow the child to lead a normal adult life in the majority of cases. This book and the large number of truly stunning explanatory illustrations contained within is an essential resource for junior surgeons as well as trainees and practicing cardiac surgeons, pediatric cardiologists and surgeons, and cardiac imagers, to be used as a critical reference when performing these complex cases.

Abstract
This book provides the first comprehensive overview of a new scientific discipline termed Geroscience. Geroscience examines the molecular and cellular mechanisms that might explain why aging is the main risk factor for most chronic diseases affecting the elderly population. Over the past few decades, researchers have made impressive progress in understanding the genetics, biology and physiology of aging. This book presents vital research that can help readers to better understand how aging is a critical malleable risk factor in most chronic diseases, which, in turn, could lead to interventions that can help increase a healthy lifespan, or "healthspan". The book begins with an analysis of the Geroscience hypothesis, as well as the epidemiological underpinnings that define aging as a candidate main risk factor for most chronic diseases. Next, each chapter focuses on one particular disease, or group of diseases, with an emphasis on how basic molecular and cellular biology might explain why aging is a major risk factor for it. Coverage in the book includes: cancer, cardiovascular disease, dementias, stroke, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's diseases, osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetes asthma, emphysema, kidney disease, vision impairment, and AIDS/HIV. It finishes with a chapter on pain in the elderly and an overview of future steps needed to bring the newly acquired knowledge into the clinic and the public at large.

Both non-operative and operative treatment options for massive tears follow, including arthroscopy, the use of biologics and patches, tendon transfers, and hemiarthroplasty and reverse total shoulder arthroplasty. A practical treatment algorithm for clinicians treating patients with massive rotator cuff tears is also included. Each chapter opens with pearls and pitfalls covering the main key points for quick reference. The overarching theme of this book is that patients with similar imaging findings may demonstrate very different clinical presentations, and the final treatment recommendation should be made based on their complaints and expectations. As such, it will be an excellent resource for orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine and shoulder physicians, physiatrists, physical medicine and rehab specialists, and occupational therapists.

Abstract
This is the new and fully revised third edition of the well-received text that is the benchmark book in the field of nutrition and aging. The editors (specialists in geriatric nutrition, medical sociology, and clinical nutrition, respectively) and contributors (a panel of recognized academic nutritionists, geriatricians, clinicians, and other scientists) have added a number of new chapters and have thoroughly updated the widely acclaimed second edition. This third edition provides fresh perspectives and the latest scientific and clinical developments on the interaction of nutrition with age-associated disease and provides practical, evidence-based options to enhance this at-risk population's potential for optimal health and disease prevention. Chapters on a wide range of topics, such as the role of nutrition in physical and cognitive function, and coverage of an array of clinical conditions (obesity, diabetes, heart failure, cancer, kidney disease, osteoporosis), compliment chapters on food insecurity, anti-aging and nutritional supplements, making this third edition uniquely different from previous editions. Handbook of Clinical Nutrition and Aging, Third Edition, is a practical and comprehensive resource and an invaluable guide to nutritionists, physicians, nurses, social workers and others who provide health care for the ever-increasing aging population.
