Il y a aussi des exemples de choses que nous pouvons faire pour changer notre façon de penser. Un exercice est fourni pour aider à apprendre comment faire face aux situations d’une façon différente.
This pamphlet is a French translation of "Should and Must Thinking" pamphlet 0784. We all make mistakes in life. Try not to think that failing at something means you are a failure.
