Abstract
The second edition of Minimally Invasive Bariatric Surgery provides a comprehensive, state-of-the art review of this field, and it serves as a valuable resource for clinicians, surgeons and researchers with an interest in minimally invasive bariatric surgery. Additionally, the second edition includes new features that will benefit the resident, fellow, or bariatric surgeon new to the field. Specifically, each evidence-based chapter (i.e. outcomes, complications, epidemiology, etc) concludes with three or four exam questions that emphasize the salient points of the chapter and provide fellowship programs a valuable training tool and resource for their academic curriculum. These questions are either single-answer multiple choice or true/false format and the correct response with a brief explanation follows. As more emphasis is placed on completing a comprehensive curriculum and obtaining certification for bariatric training, this aspect of the book is unique and provides added value to the text. The new edition also incorporates many new or updated medical illustrations to enhance the technique chapters and provide more uniformity for the artwork throughout the book. Each of the major procedures include surgical technique, outcomes, and management of complications in separate chapters to provide an easy reference for the busy clinician preparing for a case or presentation. Another unique feature of the text is a link to video files hosted online for the relevant chapters. This video library will be of great value to the user. As the number of fellowships in laparoscopic bariatric surgery continues to increase, this updated text will provide a valuable resource for general and bariatric surgeons, laparoscopic surgeons, fellows, residents, medical students, obesity researchers, and industry representatives involved in this field. Minimally Invasive Bariatric Surgery is a valuable resource for Medical students, surgical oncology fellows, general surgeons, and educators.

The first part presents the basic elements of movement disorders, including descriptions of the anatomy and physiology of the basal ganglia. It also features sections on clinical trials for movement disorders, practical skills, and rating scales. The second and third part examine in detail hypokinetic and hyperkinetic movement disorders, respectively. Equipping readers with the practical and research skills needed in the movement disorders field, the book offers a valuable tool to help them prepare for board examinations on general neurology, as well as for fellowships in movement disorders. .

This trend is reflected in the growing popularity of fellowships in regional anaesthesia. The syllabus for such fellowship examinations is vast, and this book aims to provide suitable guidance by presenting typical multiple choice questions with accompanying answers, in detail when necessary. The entire syllabus is covered in four comprehensive sections that address basic principles and equipment, peripheral nerve blocks, central neuraxial blocks, and regional anaesthesia and acute pain. Multiple Choice Questions in Regional Anaesthesia will be especially useful for those preparing for European Society of Regional Anaesthesia diploma examinations or for the regional anaesthesia component of FRCA examinations. It is also highly relevant to equivalent U.S. and Canadian examinations and will be helpful to all who require a self-assessment tool in the subject.

Abstract
This book addresses all aspects of endoscopy from scope and tower basics to the more advanced interventional procedures like endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, per-oral esophageal myotomy, and percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy. It covers a broad range of topics in order to remain relevant to the surgical subspecialist, the community general surgeon, the surgical fellow interested in endolumenal and transluminal procedures, and the surgical resident interested in the very basics of endoscopy. The table of contents is intentionally designed to mirror the Flexible Endoscopy curriculum currently being implemented for all minimally invasive, advanced GI and surgical endoscopy fellowships. The chapters are broken up into five parts. The first part introduces the SAGES Masters Program, followed by parts that cover flexible endoscopy basics, flexible endoscopy procedures, and finally bariatric flexible endoscopy. Written by experts and thought leaders in their fields, The SAGES Manual of Flexible Endoscopy serves as a valuable resource for surgeons of all training and skill levels to better grasp an overview of modern endoscopy practice.
