Abstract
The number of surgical procedures performed on the brain, head, neck, and spine has increased markedly in recent decades. As a result, postoperative changes are being encountered more frequently on neuroradiological examinations and constitute an important part of the workflow. However, the imaging correlates of postsurgical changes can be unfamiliar to neuroradiologists and neurosurgeons and are sometimes difficult to interpret. This book is written by experts in the field and contains an abundance of high-quality images and concise descriptions, which should serve as a useful guide to postsurgical neuroradiology. It will familiarize the reader with the various types of surgical procedure, implanted hardware, and complications. Indeed, this work represents the first text dedicated to the realm of postoperative neuroimaging. Topics reviewed include imaging after facial cosmetic surgery; orbital and oculoplastic surgery; sinus surgery; scalp and cranial surgery; brain tumor treatment; psychosurgery, neurodegenerative surgery, and epilepsy surgery; skull base surgery including transsphenoidal pituitary resection; temporal bone surgery including various ossicular prostheses; orthognathic surgery; surgery of the neck including the types of dissection and flap reconstruction; CSF diversion procedures and devices; spine surgery; and vascular and endovascular neurosurgery.

Abstract
Until a cure exists, Dupuytren's disease and related disorders such as Ledderhose's disease will pose lifelong threats of functional impairment for affected individuals. A better understanding of the onset of disease, early detection and functional preservation are of the utmost importance to minimize the impact of these conditions. This book is based on presentations and discussions at the 2010 International Symposium on Dupuytren's disease held in Miami, Florida, but it also includes new data and additional chapters. It is hoped that it will raise awareness of this underestimated condition and promote cooperative efforts to work towards a cure. Up to date information is provided on the epidemiology, biology, and pathology of the disease. The principles and specifics of treatment are explored in detail. The indications for and techniques of radiotherapy, minimally invasive treatments and open surgery are fully explained. In addition, the role of physical therapy is considered as well as the care of relapse and complications. Treatment of Ledderhose's disease and Peyronie's disease is also discussed. This book provides invaluable information for hand surgeons, podiatrists, orthopedists, plastic surgeons, radiation therapy specialists and general practitioners. Abstract
This textbook, containing a plethora of illustrations and pictures, will serve as an atlas and as a superb guide to the use of cutaneous flaps in head and neck reconstruction. Each chapter depicts, in a layered manner, the anatomy of a particular donor site from which flaps are derived and used in head and neck defects, providing systematic steps in understanding the topographical anatomy of the various tissue layers. The flaps derived from each donor site are presented in detail, with step-by-step instructions in flap design and harvesting techniques based in anatomy. The author uses numerous high-quality color illustrations drawn from his own practice in order to demonstrate the techniques. His combined expertise as a maxillofacial surgeon and an assistant professor of anatomy enables him to explain clearly the transition from basic science anatomy to applied anatomy and to document reconstructive surgical techniques in precise detail. This beautifully illustrated book, including many basic and advanced flap designs, will be an illuminating reference for all who treat defects in the head and neck area.

Abstract
Eyelid tumors are commonly encountered by oculoplastic as well as plastic surgeons. The challenge of managing these cases lies not only in performing the surgery in a precise manner in small area, but also in ensuring a visually-appealing cosmetic outcome. This is an innovative and concise portable handbook that guides the surgeons on how to approach and manage these cases in a step-by-step manner. Each chapter of this practical guidebook has outstanding illustrations drawn in full color clearly showing each incision line, flap management, suture placement and its technique, and the expected cosmetic outcome. When a lid tumor is excised, there is a tissue defect that needs to be corrected. Ophthalmologists and plastic surgeons will find this work an excellent reference material to solve the jigsaw puzzle of tissue defects in and around the periorbital region. Importantly, they can quickly refer to the images just before starting a procedure. The author has first explained the anatomical aspects and anesthetic techniques for eyelid surgery, followed by review of the benign and malignant tumors, finally describing the flap creation and reconstruction techniques that are currently used in various lid tumors in an organized fashion.

Abstract
This book comes at a time when significant advances in the understanding of hand disorders have resulted in vast improvements in the quality of life for patients. It describes the techniques and practices for the diagnosis and treatment of various disorders of the hand and wrist. Each condition is discussed in detail and illustrated with images, radiographs and line drawings. Clinical pearls are provided for every chapter to provide practical guidance on surgical procedures. Disorders of the Hand contains contributions from many of the hand surgeons who are at the forefront of this evolving area in the management of both elective and trauma hand surgery. This volume and its three sister volumes aim to improve care for current patients with hand and wrist complaints, while inspiring surgeons to think in greater detail about treatment options that will provide even better care in the future.

Abstract
Written by three experienced consultants with a large skin cancer practice and international reputations for excellence, this book provides comprehensive practical solutions to defects in the head and neck region that are confronted by the clinician in day-to-day practice. Essential information is first provided on anesthesia, defect assessment, and individual flaps, while the core chapters focus on the reconstruction of specific defects at specific sites. The defects and reconstructive solutions are depicted by means of sequential, clinically relevant line drawings that are complemented by clear supporting text highlighting the intricacies and nuances of the procedure and the decision-making process. Helpful algorithms at the end of each chapter summarize the solutions. This book will be ideal for use in daily practice by clinicians and trainees and will assist in achieving excellent cosmetic outcomes in this aesthetically sensitive part of the body.
