Abstract
This eagerly awaited book offers a unique, comprehensive scientific study of the anatomy of the organ of female sexual pleasure. The authors use macroscopic and microscopic research to guide the reader from the glans, the visible part of the clitoris, where they explore the impressive sensory corpuscles, to the hidden roots of the bulbo-clitoral organ. They show its complexity, its exact location within the external genitalia and its intimate relationship with the urethro-vaginal pyramid. They also remind us that throughout history there has been a failure to understand this organ, and explain that this misunderstanding remains the cause of persistent excisions, criminal mutilating practices that have not yet been eradicated. Using extensive iconography, they demonstrate throughout this book that the bulbo-clitoral organ is an exceptional natural treasure that every woman possesses and that every man should know well.

Abstract
Dr. Harold Chen shares his almost 50 years of clinical genetics practice in this new edition of a comprehensive pictorial atlas, featuring almost 290 genetic disorders, malformations, and malformation syndromes. The author provides a detailed outline for each disorder, describing its genetics, basic defects, clinical features, diagnostic tests, and counseling issues, including recurrence risk, prenatal diagnosis, and management. Numerous color photographs of prenatal ultrasounds, imagings, cytogenetics, and postmortem findings illustrate the clinical features of patients at different ages, patients with varying degrees of severity, and the optimal diagnostic strategies. The disorders cited are supplemented by case histories and diagnostic confirmation by cytogenetics, biochemical, and molecular techniques, when available. Since the publication of the previous edition in 2012, the atlas has been widely accepted and used in light of rapid progress in genetic and gnomic information. In this new edition, additional genetic disorders are added, as well as extensive updates to the previous disorders with new illustrations, supplemented by case and family history, clinical features, and laboratory data, especially molecular confirmation if available. The atlas is written in outline format for ease of use. Atlas of Genetic Diagnosis and Counseling, Third Edition is of great value to medical geneticists, genetic counselors, pediatricians, neonatologists, developmental pediatricians, perinatologists, obstetricians, neurologists, pathologists, and any physicians and health care professionals caring for handicapped children such as craniofacial surgeons, plastic surgeons, otolaryngologists, and orthopedists. It is the definitive volume for helping all physicians to understand and recognize genetic diseases and malformation syndrom es and better evaluate, counsel, and manage affected patients.

Abstract
This atlas is dedicated specifically to gynecologic frozen section diagnosis and addresses professional practice gaps such as high diagnostic error rate, slow turnaround time, and inefficient communication between surgeons and pathologists at the time of intraoperative frozen section consultation of gynecologic specimens. The format of the volume is a combination of concise text and high quality gross and frozen section microscopic images, meticulously selected from the superb collection of pathology specimens of gynecologic tumors provided at Yale-New Haven Hospital in the past decades. Frequent entities with diagnostic pitfalls are balanced with less common lesions. Strategies to recognize their diagnostic features are emphasized, in addition to the impact on optimal surgical treatment of patients with gynecologic cancer. The indications, limitations, morphologic diagnostic criteria and pitfalls of frozen section consultation in gynecologic pathology are thoroughly reviewed with an ultimate goal of avoiding patient mismanagement in real-time. High quality frozen section microscopic illustrations aid the recognition of morphologic patterns and serve as quick reference during intraoperative consultation. Written by experts in the field, Atlas of Intraoperative Frozen Section Diagnosis in Gynecologic Pathology is a valuable resource for pathologists at all career/expertise levels who are involved in intraoperative consultation in their daily clinical practice.

Abstract
Male genital disorders represent a common issue in medical practice, especially in the dermatological setting. Correct clinical evaluation of these disorders is essential when addressing the diagnosis, which in some cases may require histopathological confirmation. Depending on the disease, early diagnosis may be not only lifesaving, but also of fundamental importance to the planning of successful treatment. This atlas introduces the most common penile diseases, along with more rarely encountered ones. It provides invaluable guidance on clinical diagnosis by highlighting prominent clinical features and presenting particular videodermatoscopy findings when these are indicative of the diagnosis. In addition, for each condition the most appropriate treatment is proposed, taking into account recent therapeutic advances of proven benefit.

Abstract
Cancer Immunology is intended as an up-to-date, clinically relevant review of cancer immunology and immunotherapy. This volume focuses on the immunopathology and immunotherapy of organ cancers in detail. It clearly explains their immunology and describes novel immunotherapy for specific cancers, including pediatric solid tumors, hematologic malignancies, gastrointestinal tumors, skin cancers, bone and connective tissue tumors, central nervous system tumors, lung cancers, genitourinary tract tumors, and breast cancers. In so doing, it builds on the previous two volumes in Cancer Immunology, placing basic knowledge on tumor immunology and immunotherapy into a clinical perspective with the aim of educating clinicians on advances in cancer immunology and the most recent approaches in the immunotherapy of various tumors. This translational, clinically oriented book will be of special value to clinical immunologists, hematologists, and oncologists.

Abstract
Bringing together the most up-to-date information on congenital Müllerian anomalies, this comprehensive text explores advances in understanding the embryological causes of these malformations, the systems used to classify the many types of malformation that may be seen, and the field's current diagnosis, evaluation and management techniques. Surgical strategies, including minimally invasive techniques, are described in detail, with chapters divided into two sections: vertical anomalies, such as imperforate hymen, transverse genital septum, and cervical and Müllerian agenesis; and lateral anomalies, such as septate, unicornate and bicornate uterus, uterus didelphys and rare anomalies such as obstructed uterine horn and obstructed hemivagina. Aimed at helping to maintain the future reproductive needs of the patient utilizing assisted reproductive technologies, this book is an excellent reference for OB/GYN surgeons and reproductive medicine specialists treating both adolescent or adult patients with these congenital malformations.
Contents
Part I. Etiology and Diagnosis -- Chapter 1. Müllerian Anomaly Classification Systems -- Chapter 2. Diagnostic Approach to Müllerian Anomalies -- Part II. Vertical Anomalies -- Chapter 3. Abstract
The birth of a baby with ambiguous genitalia triggers a chain reaction of difficulties that rapidly spread to the entire family and most medical attendants, leading to lasting effects on the gender identity, personality, and sexual functioning of the unfortunate individual. The rapid advances in medicine over the last 50 years have totally changed the outlook for children with disorders of sex development (DSD), but there is still much to learn. This book crystallizes the combined experience of a leading dedicated unit over 25 years in delivering expert medical and surgical care to children with DSD in a holistic environment. It documents the most recent advances in the molecular biology and embryology of sex development, and describes each disorder in detail. The clinical presentation and approach to diagnosis are described both for babies and for children presenting later in childhood or at adolescence. The chapters on management highlight all the latest knowledge and include the shared wisdom of the authors on current controversies, such as the timing of surgical treatment. Finally, the authors describe their short-, medium-, and long-term outcomes, which demonstrate the strengths of holistic team management.
