At Mental Health & Addictions, we encourage you to involve people who support you in your treatment and recovery. Your Circle of Support is made up of family and friends who you have chosen to provide you with support. Your Circle of Care is made up of members of your health care team who are involved in your ongoing care. Sharing information with people in your Circle of Support and Circle of Care can improve your treatment outcomes and your care experience. This pamphlet explains how your personal information is shared with people in your Circle of Care and Circle of Support.
