Abstract
After introductory chapters devoted to the safe production and distribution of vaccines, the book addresses the question of adult vaccination in the framework of a life-course approach to vaccination. It presents the proceedings of multidisciplinary expert discussions with an excellent summary of the current state of knowledge on adult vaccination in various diseases, as well as an overview of the professionals involved and the obstacles to achieving greater vaccine uptake, and how these may be addressed. The book systematically discusses the major vaccine-preventable diseases, as well as regulatory issues in vaccine provision, and presents the results of an expert meeting designed to identify the obstacles to vaccination, and solutions for addressing these barriers. It goes on to extend the discussion beyond the traditional boundaries of human health to encompass the “one health” concept. The book is intended for all those with an interest in vaccination, including physicians (from a wide range of disciplines including geriatrics/gerontology, infectious diseases, pediatrics, internal medicine, and other non-organ specialties), other healthcare professionals, pharmacists, representatives of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory bodies (EMEA, national authorities), policymakers, the media and the general public.

Abstract
This atlas describes and illustrates a novel approach, referred to as full breast ultrasonography (FBU), that represents a challenge to conventional breast imaging diagnosis. The coverage encompasses examination technique, diagnostic criteria, the imaging features of a wide variety of lesions, and role in follow-up. FBU involves anatomic ultrasound scanning based on the ductal echography technique proposed by Michel Teboul, supplemented by Doppler and real-time sonoelastography. The approach offers a variety of advantages. Compared with MRI it has a lower cost, wider availability, better resolution, and improved correlation with anatomy. Compared with mammography it has the benefits of absence of irradiation and pain, applicability in all cases, and better overall accuracy. Furthermore, the standardized technique of acquisition and interpretation means that it is suitable as a screening test, unlike classic ultrasonography. FBU is applicable in ultrasound BI-RADS assessment and is of value in depicting both benign and malignant conditions. It can be recommended as a first-line method of diagnosis and for the follow-up of treated breasts, regardless of the patient's age, sex, or physical condition. .

Abstract
In cardiovascular prevention, therehastraditionallybeena small number of cardiovascular risk factors to evaluate and manage, such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemiaand smoking. Recently, it has been recognized that new mechanical factors should be identified, andspecificallyinvolves pulsatile arterial hemodynamic parameters, such asarterial stiffness, pulse pressure and, to a lesser extent, augmentation index and pulse pressure amplification. Blood Pressure and Arterial Wall Mechanics in Cardiovascular Diseaseshas been written to facilitate understanding of these new concepts regarding bleed pressure and cardiac risk, and prepare the reader for the considerable evolution of the topic in the years to come. Much has been learned already regarding the management of these patients, and this book presents extensive data on the techniques needed to maximize their outcomes.

Abstract
Divided into two parts, this book discusses various aspects of bone SPECT-CT of ankle and foot. The first part is dedicated to foot and ankle pathology and concisely presents those disorders most frequently detected with a bone scan. The authors also describe common pathologies that cannot be diagnosed with bone scans, such as Morton's neuroma, but which nuclear physicians need to recognize. Orthopedic surgeons' expectancies are highlighted and several bone scan studies of clinical interest are presented. The second part is devoted to anatomy: bones, articulations and all relevant anatomical structures that are necessary to interpret a bone scan of the ankle and foot are described by means of anatomical illustrations with captions. At the end of the last decade, hybrid scanners with the ability to acquire single-photon emission computed tomoscintigraphy (SPECT) and multislice CT data simultaneously were introduced, thus opening a wide range of perspectives for nuclear physicians. Like their radiologist colleagues in the early 1990s, nuclear physicians have discovered pathologies that they were unaware of and have visualized increased tracer uptakes that they were previously unable to detect. This book, written by nuclear physicians and orthopedic surgeons specialized in the foot and ankle, will increase understanding of this whole new semiology. The internationally recognized Terminologia Anatomica has been used for the nomenclature of anatomical structures.

Written by a collective of researchers, this book describes the existing conceptual frameworks for an analysis of urban food policies, at the crossroads of the concepts of food system and sustainable city. It provides a basis for identifying research questions related to urban local government initiatives in the North and South. It is the result of work carried out within Agropolis International within the framework of the Sustainable Urban Food Systems program and an action research carried out in support of Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole for the construction of its agroecological and food policy.

Abstract
This book provides a critical and comprehensive review of the methodologies available for measuring drug adherence in clinical practice, including those relying on emerging technologies. The authors discuss the risk factors of non-adherence and shed light on how to identify patients at risk of poor adherence. Drug therapies in chronic diseases rely heavily on the patient's adherence, since drugs that are not taken are ineffective and leave the patient at high risk of developing clinical complications. Given the absence of new drugs for the treatment of hypertension, drug adherence is particularly important in these patients to improve blood pressure control. The book further investigates a new aspect, namely the importance of drug adherence in clinical trials and studies and draws attention to the limits of developing drugs without significant information on drug adherence. Several chapters are dedicated to the importance of adherence in specific forms of hypertension, such as resistant hypertension, dyslipidemia and hypertension associated with cardiovascular risk. As experts confronted with drug adherence in their daily practice, the authors analyse the real effectiveness of several interventions aimed at improving drug adherence and put particular emphasis on the importance of an interdisciplinary approach involving nurses and pharmacists. The volume also includes a careful analysis of the health and economic impact of poor adherence. The book is aimed at physicians, pharmacists, students and all health professionals dealing not only with hypertension or dyslipidemia, but also with chronic asymptomatic diseases such as diabetes, HIV or chronic respiratory diseases.

Abstract
This book offers readers a better understanding of how to perform echocardiography in their daily intensive care unit (ICU) work. With numerous practical examples highlighting the indices and hemodynamic monitoring profiles that physicians could encounter, it considers echocardiography not merely as a simple imaging technique, but as a practical diagnostic and hemodynamic monitoring tool. The booklet is richly illustrated with figures explaining how to perform echo, and includes numerous tables, simple equations and normal and abnormal values. Echocardiography in ICU, a pocket guide written by the leading international experts in the field, is an excellent source of information and guidance for all residents and physicians working in ICU, emergency medicine, anesthesia and cardiology as well.
