This is a French translation of the English pamphlet 1597, "General Leg Exercise Program”. This pamphlet shows how to do different types of leg exercises. These exercises will help with strengthening leg muscles, moving leg joints and preventing joint stiffness, and improving blood supply to the legs. A physiotherapist will work with you on which of these exercises to do and how to do them.
