Abstract
In French. Diabetes in Children and Youth series. When a child is diagnosed with diabetes, the entire family is impacted by the changes and challenges the new diagnosis brings to the family. Siblings of the child with diabetes will also have to adjust to a life that includes diabetes, and may experience a variety of emotions about their brother/sister’s diagnosis.
