These include Arms Above Head, Hands Behind Head, Buttock Squeezes, Hip Adduction, Knee Raises, Legs Apart, Quad Exercises, Ankle Bends, Toe Raises and Sit to Stand. The booklet outlines the steps involved for doing these exercises as part of the Seated Exercise Program. Instructions and diagrams are included.

This is a French translation of the English pamphlet 0411, "After Your Liver Transplant". This guide will help you and your family learn about your care after a liver transplant. This guide will answer many of your questions about the transplant process. Members of the Multi-Organ Transplant Program Team (Transplant Team) are also available to talk with you about your concerns. Everyone is different, so you may not have or develop all of the conditions that you read about in this guide. Topics include: in the hospital, monitoring, possible complications, planning for discharge, follow-up care, taking care of yourself, and the self-medication program. This guide also includes a sample medication record. Medication information sheets are provided at the end of the guide if you have specific questions about your medications. Information about common tests (lab tests) is given. Important phone numbers are listed.

Abstract
Le don d’organes et de tissus peut améliorer ou sauver la vie de nombreuses personnes. Un seul donneur d’organe peut sauver jusqu’à huit vies, et une personne faisant un don oculaire et de tissus peut améliorer la vie de 75 personnes. Aspects abordés : personnes pouvant faire un don, processus d’inscription, que se passe-t-il si vous ne vous inscrivez pas et qui peut accéder à votre décision. This is a French translation of the English pamphlet 0470, "Organ and Tissue Donation". Organ and tissue donation can improve or save the lives of many people. A single organ donor can save up to 8 lives. Eye and tissue donors can improve the lives of up to 75 people. Topics include: who can donate, how to register, what happens if you do not register, and who can access your decision. Organs and tissues that can be donated are listed in the pamphlet.
