Abstract
Limited-edition flavor promotions. Pop-ups on the Net. Junk food blogs. Cereal ads in cartoon shows. Between traditional and emerging media, today's youth are exposed to more advertisements for food and beverages than ever--and, unfortunately, the rising number of overweight and obese children and teenagers reflects this, as do the alarming rates of weight-related disease among young people. Advances in Communication Research to Reduce Childhood Obesity focuses not only on the power of media in driving food choices in youth, but how these same media may be harnessed in reversing the obesity epidemic. Spanning psychology, marketing, and policy, the book explores the range of advertising strategies targeting young people, salient technological innovations, food industry responses to recent policy initiatives, and issues concerning groups who are at greater risk such as minors from lower-income households who are often faced with food insecurity and poor nutrition, which typically impact communities of color, and pre-teens. Its focus on the multiple levels of communication across these concerns offers readers important insights into both the scope of the problem and the opportunities for solutions. Included in the coverage:the strategic nature of marketing to children and adolescents by food and beverage companies. The role of schools in food and beverage marketing.A multi-method study of how youth perceive and evaluate food advertising. First Amendment implications for combating obesity through regulation of advertising.Targeted marketing of junk food to minority youth: communities fight back.Leveraging industry efforts to fight childhood obesity. Advances in Communication Research to Reduce Childhood Obesity is thought- and action-provoking reading for applied researchers in public health, health promotion, health psychology, maternal and child health, obesity epidemiology, health marketing, and health education.

Abstract
This timely volume provides an up-to-date and comprehensive summary about what is known about aging and work and addresses the challenges and opportunities confronting older workers and organizations. The authors describe current and emerging topics related to work and aging adults such as working in teams, the increasing diversity of the labor force, work and caregiving, the implications of technology for an aging workforce, and health and wellness issues. The authors are renowned for their respective work in the topical areas and represent a broad range of disciplines within academia, as well as offer perspectives from government and policy. Jobs, organizations, the labor market, and the workforce are experiencing dramatic change. Workers of all ages, including older workers, need to interact with the wide variety of ubiquitous technologies that are reshaping work processes, job content, work settings, communication strategies, and the delivery of training, and this book aims to update readers on the particular issues facing today’s aging adults in the workplace. The chapters’ broad and inclusive scope encompasses: Workplace aging and jobs in the 21st century; The retirement income security outlook for older workers; Population aging, age discrimination, and age discrimination protections; Older workers and the contemporary labor market; The role of aging, age diversity, and age heterogeneity within teams; The intersection of family caregiving and work. Current and Emerging Trends in Aging and Work is relevant to a broad audience of academic researchers, practitioners, and students in psychology, sociology, management, engineering (industrial and human factors), the health sciences, gerontology/geriatrics, and public health. It is also a useful resource for government and policy leaders, as well as workers and managers in the public and private sectors.

Abstract
Migrant and seasonal farmworkers are largely Latinx men, women, and children. They work in crop, dairy, and livestock production, and are essential to the U.S. agricultural economy—one of the most hazardous and least regulated industries in the United States. Latinx migrant and seasonal farmworkers in the eastern United States experience high rates of illness, injury, and death, indicating widespread occupational injustice. This second edition takes a social justice stance and integrates the past ten years of research and intervention to address health, safety, and justice issues for farmworkers. Contributors cover all major areas of health and safety research for migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their families, explore the factors that affect the health and safety of farmworkers and their families, and suggest approaches for further research and educational and policy intervention needed to improve the health and safety of Latinx farmworkers and their families. Accessibly written and comprehensive in its scope, this second edition of Latinx Farmworkers in the Eastern United States: Health, Safety, and Justice will find an engaged audience among researchers, students, and practitioners in public health, occupational health, public policy, and social and behavioral sciences, as well as labor advocates and healthcare providers.

Abstract
This volume is an essential and comprehensive review of all aspects of minimally invasive urology. Specifically, the book evaluates minimally invasive approaches to all aspects of clinical urology. Unlike prior texts that focus on a specific technology or a specific disease, this unique reference provides a broad-based view of minimally invasive urology. As such, laparoscopic surgery, robotic surgery, endoscopic surgery, and single-site surgery are all reviewed within the context of renal cancer, renal reconstruction, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, female urology, transplant donor nephrectomy, stone disease, stricture disease, and benign prostatic hyperplasia. The text concludes with chapters on informed consent and cost, which are also quite relevant to the practicing urologist. Authored by a wide array of leaders in the field known for both their clinical prowess and commitment to education, Minimally Invasive Urology: An Essential Clinical Guide to Endourology, Laparoscopy, LESS and Robotics provides a critical resource for clinicians, surgeons, operating room technicians, operating room managers and hospital administration.
