This pamphlet includes some tips to help you manage your back pain at home. This guide includes some tips to help you manage your back pain at home. Exercises to do when you are having pain are listed (along with pictures to help guide you). Other general tips and treatment options are given. Symptoms are given for when to see your family health care provider versus when to go directly to the Emergency Department.
