This is a French translation of the English pamphlet 0411, "After Your Liver Transplant". This guide will help you and your family learn about your care after a liver transplant. This guide will answer many of your questions about the transplant process. Members of the Multi-Organ Transplant Program Team (Transplant Team) are also available to talk with you about your concerns. Everyone is different, so you may not have or develop all of the conditions that you read about in this guide. Topics include: in the hospital, monitoring, possible complications, planning for discharge, follow-up care, taking care of yourself, and the self-medication program. This guide also includes a sample medication record. Medication information sheets are provided at the end of the guide if you have specific questions about your medications. Information about common tests (lab tests) is given. Important phone numbers are listed.

This is an Arabic translation of the English pamphlet 0038. An ERCP is an examination of the common bile duct, gallbladder, and the duct of the pancreas. The doctor will do this test with an endoscope (a flexible tube with a light at the tip). We have described getting ready for the test, how it is done, care after the test, and possible complications. As you will be given sedation, you must not do certain activities for 24 hours after the test.
