Information for women who may be experiencing vaginal dryness; painful intercourse; vulvar irritation; frequent or recurrent bladder infections; frequent or urgent voiding; or urinary leakage -- and are menopausal; perimenopausal; or being treated for cancer. They may be experiencing a very common and treatable condition: because it is often associated with perimenopause or menopause, it is referred to as the Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM).
