Abstract
Skin tumors are very often encountered in clinical practice but can be difficult to diagnose since the skin's histological complexity gives rise to many types and subtypes. This superb atlas presents an unrivalled wealth of original high-quality clinical photographs of almost all benign and malignant skin tumors. The diverse subtypes and clinical forms, including different localizations, are depicted, and careful attention is paid to evolution and follow-up. While the main focus is on the clinical presentation as reflected in the photographs, diagnostic clues and management considerations are also summarized in a straightforward, readily understandable way. The atlas has been designed so that it will meet clinical needs and allow rapid identification of clues relevant to daily practice. Clinical Atlas of Skin Tumors will be valuable for all dermatologists in training, as well as for those who are already established in the profession or in allied specialties such as plastic surgery and oncology

Abstract
Sampling and staining of specimens for cutaneous cytology is broadly known to be one of the simplest, fastest, most reliable and inexpensive methods for the diagnosis of skin diseases, based as it is on the investigation of peculiar features in individual cells. This book illustrates the best practices in cutaneous or diagnostic cytology, and how cellular material is obtained by means of scraping, slit-skin smear, touch smear or fine needle aspiration, depending on the type of skin lesion. Starting from clinical lesions, the reader is provided with fundamental information on the correct preparation and staining of slides. Today, dermatological cytology is commonly used in the diagnosis of various erosive vesiculobullous, pustular, granulomatous, and tumoral skin lesions, but extending its use could be highly beneficial. Accordingly, this practical and richly illustrated book, explicitly dedicated to professionals and practitioners in the field of pathology and dermatology, outlines and encourages the intensified use of this method in daily practice.
Contents
1. History of Cytology -- 2. Specimen Sampling and Staining -- 3. Dermatocytological Diagnostic Process -- 4. Cytological Definitions -- 5. Diagnostic Approach to Acantholytic Diseases -- 6. Diagnostic Approach to Spongiotic Dermatitis -- 7. Diagnostic Approach to Pustular Diseases -- 8. Diagnostic Approach to Granulomatous Diseases -- 9. Diagnostic Approaches to Tumoral Diseases.

Containing a wealth of updated basic information and high quality of iconographic material, Dermatopathology can assist the microscopists in a practical way to approach and solve the diagnostic problemsáthey may face in the field. At a time when esoteric clinical entities and analytic techniques come and go, there is a need for a solid, updated, down to earth and "bench oriented" text in the field of dermopathology. This text provides a handbook which may be more helpful than an encyclopedic, "board oriented" textbook. The senior author of this book has been successfully working for over thirty years in his capacity as director of a private dermatopathology laboratory. His experience and knowledge of the subject is reflected in this well-structured and clearly-written text.

Abstract
With significant progress as new techniques to evaluate the pathology of the skin, this book satisfies the need to provide practical clinical information and concise criteria for pathologic diagnosis for pathologists and dermatologists looking for an up-to-date resource. This superb visual reference provides detailed instruction of the experience of both diagnostic pathology and clinical dermatology. Dermatopathology: Clinicopathological Correlations is a comprehensive but concise visual reference that contains specific features on the various clinical findings and histologic findings of skin diseases. It emphasizes criteria for diagnosis to help the trainee pathologist or dermatologist decipher the most important features and make clinical decisions quickly and effectively.

Abstract
This engaging new text teaches students, residents, and practitioners of all ages how to use insights from both pathologists and dermatologists to improve their comprehension of skin disorders. It is meant to bridge the gap between dermatology and dermapathology and explores the questions that practitioners have that fall between the two subjects. What is a dermatologist to do with a pathology report that has a histological rather than a clinical diagnosis? What is to be done with old names of disorders that some clinicians still use? Why do some disorders have many names, and which is better and why? These and dozens of other questions are answered in Practical Skin Pathology, the only book of its kind to address both the clinical education of each disease as well as the pathology findings. Authored by a leader in clinical dermatology, dermatopathology, and skin immunology, Practical Skin Pathology is written for dermatologists, dermatology residents, and dermatopathologists. Addressing such questions as whether to accept a differential diagnosis from a dermatopathologist rather than a specific diagnosis and when, to how to help a pathologists give a dermatologist the best possible interpretation of a biopsy, this quick reference includes color illustrations, images, and tables to better assist the physician in answering these common questions and concerns.

Abstract
In recent years, wound care has gained increasing recognition as a distinct medical specialty. An understanding of the complex mechanisms involved in wound healing facilitates efficient assessment and treatment of patients with wounds, and skin necrosis can be considered the starting point in the entire healing process. This book is the first to discuss skin necrosis as a symptom related to a broad range of pathologies. Richly illustrated, it primarily provides therapeutic strategies and treatment algorithms for different clinical contexts. All chapters were written by renowned specialists in their respected fields and include detailed sample cases and essential take-home messages. In light of the highly interdisciplinary nature of wound management, Skin Necrosis offers an invaluable resource for wound care practitioners and health care professionals across the fields of surgery, dermatology, internal medicine, and nursing.
