Abstract
The Atlas of Genitourinary Oncological Imaging presents a comprehensive visual review of appearances for normal anatomy and oncological diseases in the genitourinary system using over 900 radiological images and illustrations. The book presents current imaging techniques and discusses the role of imaging in pre-treatment staging and post-treatment follow-up. Diseases discussed include kidney, adrenal gland, upper tract, bladder, prostate, testes, and pediatric malignancies. Individual chapters include normal anatomy, imaging techniques, and pathology of each cancer type. The staging of the malignancy and what to include in the radiology report are discussed, and expected and complicated postoperative and post-treatment findings and recurrence are presented. Dedicated chapters on interventional and radiation therapy discuss their unique role in the management and treatment of oncology of the genitourinary system. Additionally, a chapter on chemotherapy toxicities discusses drug reaction treatment therapies unique to the genitourinary system. Edited and written by radiologists from the genitourinary disease management team at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, the Atlas of Genitourinary Oncological Imaging is an ideal resource for radiology and urology trainees seeking a review of the basics and for practicing radiologists looking for answers to challenging cases confronted in daily practice.

Abstract
Women in developing nations experience higher incidence rates and higher mortality rates of breast and gynecological cancers, creating a critical need for cancer control programs that can use available, often scant, resources to match the existing disease burden. This book promotes integrating screening and early detection of breast and gynecological cancers through cost effective modalities like single visit screening and diagnosis, well woman clinics, and mobile clinics. International experts in the field weigh in on tested and proven methods for screening, early diagnosis, and prevention of these cancers in both rural and urban settings with varying levels of funding. Case studies from Brazil, Peru, the Middle East and Africa are included to illustrate particular aspects of screening, treatment, and funding. Breast and Gynecological Cancers: An Integrated Approach for Screening and Early Diagnosis in Developing Countries is a crucial compendium of information for all those concerned with the wellness of women worldwide.

Abstract
This book presents clinicopathological insights into common genitourinary diseases, especially those of neoplastic nature, and introduces experiential learning based on case presentations (case-based learning). One of the tasks that trainees face is converting the extensive amount of data into medical experience. Using successive microscopic images, the book gradually and analytically presents diagnostic procedures for the genitourinary system (kidney, urinary bladder, prostate gland and testis). Characteristic cases are presented for each organ, each ending with a clinical commentary and key messages. This form of presentation helps readers acquire the valuable skill of effective diagnostic thinking, focusing their attention on the essential microscopic findings and disregarding insubstantial findings. Although clinical applications are frequently based on pathological findings which therefore need to be clearly described and recorded, the importance of this in everyday medical practice is often ignored by medical students and downplayed by clinicians. Demonstrating how knowledge can be practically applied, the book is a valuable resource mainly for residents in pathology, urology and oncology but also for medical students with a special interest in histopathology.

Abstract
This book discusses diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) and its evolving clinical role. DWI has frequently been used in the abdomen and pelvis but is now increasingly being used in other clinical applications, especially for the diagnostic workup of oncologic patients. Standardization and clinical validation of quantitative DWI related biomarkers is still ongoing, although efforts have been undertaken, especially in the prostate, to provide standardized imaging guidelines for different clinical indications. The technical aspects and clinical applications of DWI presented focus on the respective anatomical region and its pathologies. The book is unique in providing tables of technical details (imaging protocols, artifacts, optimization techniques) for each chapter, making this complex area as simple and practical as possible. The book is intended for radiologists interested in urogenital radiology and also for radiology residents.

Abstract
This book addresses the most pressing current questions in the management of urologic malignancies. The rapid advances in imaging and molecular markers are placed into a clinical context, with explanation of their effects on prognosis and treatment planning. Similarly, progress in immunotherapy is carefully examined, focusing in particular on the role of immune checkpoint inhibitors in both early- and late-stage urologic malignancies. Looking beyond the improvements in minimally invasive techniques for urologic cancers, the impacts of care coordination pathways and enhanced recovery after surgery protocols are reviewed. Readers will also find enlightening discussion of the decision algorithm for the treatment of early-stage, high-grade bladder cancer, taking into account evidence on the most advanced treatment options and the circumstances in which surgery may need to be expedited. The penultimate chapter discusses the Cancer Genome Atlas project for bladder cancer, and the book closes by considering contemporary medical and surgical management of testicular cancer.
Contents
New imaging techniques in prostate cancer -- Targeted ablative therapies for prostate cancer -- Prostate cancer markers -- Prognostic value of CTC's in urologic cancers -- Management of small renal masses -- Advances in the treatment of metastatic renal cell carcinoma -- Imaging in urologic cancers -- Molecular prognostication in bladder cancer -- Early cystectomy for high risk non-muscle invasive disease -- Care-coordination pathway after radical cystectomy -- Current role of checkpoint inhibitors in urologic cancers -- The Cancer Genome Atlas Project -- Prognostic models in germ cell tumors -- Modern management of testicular cancer.
